Prospection, sous contrôle
Connect the research and review steps. Keep the contact decision human.

Review.
Decide.
Prospecting spans more than one tool.
Finding businesses, collecting useful details and deciding which ones to contact can become a disconnected sequence of manual steps.
I connected those stages so the information can be gathered and reviewed before a contact action is triggered.
A prospect moves through five deliberate stages.
Google Maps and Apify support prospect research. The collected information is grouped into a summary document, which I analyse before deciding whether to proceed.
When I approve a contact, a signal through Telegram triggers the WhatsApp message. The public demonstration uses fictional data and does not connect to external services or send messages.
- Find prospects
Google Maps and Apify provide a list of prospects to review.
- Summarise
Relevant information is collected in a summary document.
- Decide
I review the summary and manually approve contact through Telegram.
- Contact
My signal triggers the planned WhatsApp message for this fictional prospect.
The simulation is ready. No external service is connected.
Fictional data. No real message and no external calls.
Connecting tools around a human checkpoint.
I built the sequence that links search, synthesis, analysis and a contact trigger. Each service has a defined place in the flow.
My contribution is the workflow and its decision point. The exact orchestration platform, document format and WhatsApp provider are not specified as implementation facts.
Analysis happens before the message.
The summary document gives me a review step between collection and outreach. Telegram is the signal I use to authorise a contact; WhatsApp is the channel for the resulting message.
This flow does not assume an AI model or unattended outreach. A person reviews and chooses whether to continue.
A workflow demonstration, with no real outreach.
The portfolio simulation uses fictional data. It makes no live Google Maps, Apify, Telegram or WhatsApp calls and sends no real message.
No time saving, conversion rate, prospect volume or business outcome has been measured and is claimed here.
Automation prepares the next step; a person decides whether to contact.
